How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 7-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please visit our returns portal to initiate a request.
Where are LAAGAM garments produced?
We are committed to ethical fashion. Most of our pieces are designed in Barcelona and produced in local workshops in Spain and Portugal to ensure high quality and a reduced carbon footprint.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna in select regions.
How do I know which size to choose?

Do I have to pay customs duties?
Orders within the European Union are free of customs duties. For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import taxes or duties required by their local customs office.
