We want you to love your LAAGAM pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the return form is included inside to help us identify your order.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
